Habits Can Contribute To Your Success Or Misery

I can tell you it's due to habitual habits that diminish their likelihood of sustainable achievement. Depending on what they are, our customs will either make us or break us.


The dictionary points out that a custom is a regular of behaviour; it's a fixed method of thinking more or less about some thing. If I have a custom of running daily, exercising, and eating healthy meals daily to maintain my body and mind healthy and sharp, then those are good customs. On the other hand, if I smoke cigarettes or vape regular, which causes harm and several diseases to my entire body and reduces my wellbeing, then smoking isn't a good habit.

I have a saying that "it's not what you are that holds you back, it's exactly what you believe that you aren't that holds you back. " We have complete control over our destiny, yet don't pursue it. The start of a habit is what you digest in your mind every second of the day. Those ideas, dreams, or visions become part of your subconscious that creates these habits. Your mind is the sum total of their habits and thoughts that enter your subconscious. Those ideas are put into actions, and those actions became customs. Sounds easy, yet why aren't individuals successful in existence?

John Dryden says, "We first make our habits, and then our habits make us. "

So, if you want where you're going, then stay on the road. If not, then alter your leadership. I have three suggestions.

Read books that will inspire you, that will motivate you, and that is going to provide you purpose. For example, read the Bible (chapters in Proverbs or the book Psalm). If you are unable to change your habits, then join a men's or women's group which does not only uplift you but also will hold you accountable.
business includes deliberate actions and behaviors. These activities and behaviours form habits and routines. When we fail, many times it's easy to lose confidence within ourselves. You have to visualize and believe you could change bad habits into good habits. Bear in mind, success comes with deliberate actions.
