Work is big deal, it is quite serious for many people. As important as work is lots of people are unhappy at work.

I can count 200 reasons why enjoyment in work is significant but for now let me give you just 3 reasons

Reason (I) you spend most of your life on the job. Most individuals are at work for a minimum of 10 hours every week - for those who may mean getting up at 6 am, preparing for work, leaving home at 7am and getting stuck in traffic until you begin to work at 8am.

Consequently, if you spend 8 hours on the job or 9 hours you probably spend more time together with your coworkers than you do with your family. Just think about it, 8 hours every day with your supervisor Each and Every day of the week ends up to 40 hours a week with your boss and co-workers Rather than the 16 hours you spend with family on weekends

Reason (II) Function brings in the cash, who said money wasn't important? Cash is very important... we could 't easily live without it. We need to cloth ourselves, we want food, we need shelter, we need or even desire a fantastic vacation every once in a while. More money is needed if you have children and a family to take care of. Money is so significant the lack of it can raise havoc to our wellbeing and happiness. I am not saying we should worship cash but I am stating It Is important


Reason (III) Function is important for your happiness, if you aren't happy at work and constantly have work issues it is easy for those problems to creep into different areas on your life such as your connection with your loved ones, husband or wife and whatever else.

So the work the helper in the kitchen was very important but nobody noticed until she was not t here. How many people are similar to that in our own lives we take for granted.
